Samuel L. Lake, DDS, MSD
As a specialist in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Sam Lake brings over 25 years of experience to the Eastside community. Dr. Lake completed his dental and orthodontic training at the University of Washington, and currently serves as clinical professor for the Department of Orthodontics.
Dr. Lake takes an active role in meeting and exceeding the standards of his profession. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He is an Invisalign certified provider. To remain up to date with the latest advancements in orthodontics, Dr. Lake frequently attends continuing education sem inars.
In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Lake enjoys spending time with his family. Being a native of the Seattle area, he is active with many of the sports and activities the Northwest has to offer.
